SANTAS

Neik Klass – The first Santa of Dondavar, arrived in Evela in 1508, began gift-giving in 1509.

Chris Kringle – Succeeded Neik Klass, discovered fairy dust uses and began Earth deliveries in 1821.

TRUE ELVES

Rudy Winters – Elder reindeer wrangler; began work by 1821, still active today as a mentor.

Trever Fleetfoot – Young True Elf, Rudy’s apprentice; energetic, eager to learn reindeer care and navigation.

Crumbelle Frosting – Baker who opened the Crumbelle Bakery in 1982; known for frosted treats and kind mentorship.

Penny Trueleaf – Assistant baker at Crumbelle’s.

Kathy Clockwright – Shoe Elf; owns Kathy’s Candy Shop; detail-oriented.

Thistle Lemmabean – Resident of Snowball; hosts seasonal events such as Spaghetti-in-the-Snow Night.

Nolin Threespark – Toy Quality elf; known for rigorous bounce testing standards.

Maestro Tinsel – Musician and conductor, frequently involved in festival performances.

Tinsel McGinnis – Possibly related to Maestro; involved in musical and festive organization.

Len Thornley – Artisan elf, typically seen helping with toy innovations.

Trever Inkpot – Reporter for the Evela Daily News Wrap-up; bright and observant.

Whistle Nick – Known for musical tinkering and whistling toy creations.

Breezy Nell – Reindeer exercise planner and sleigh formation specialist.

Talo Figskate – Athletic elf; participates in Elf Olympics.

Rendel Brightnose – Shoe Elf known for glowing-nose holiday footwear prototypes.

SHOE ELVES

Bobbet Leathershoe – Young, daring Shoe Elf; stowed away in Santa’s sleigh during first Earth run.

Skit – Historic Shoe Elf, likely first to handle red fairy dust though not a Messenger Elf.

FAIRIES

Forlot – Fairy Sage; wise guide to Santa during dust experiments.

Amella – Fairy who assists Santa during yellow dust tests.

DWARVES

Bromli Ironpost – Dwarven elder smith; helped deliver ore to Santa’s Village in 1903.

HUMANS

Dal Tinder – Mayor of Dromstad; organizer of Float Drafting Day and active community leader.

Brenna Dal – Mayor of Rostlic; engaged in town coordination with elves.

Tilly Frothwhip – Known in Dromstad for creative float designs.

Gorrell – Tinkerer and local builder in Dromstad.

OTHER NOTABLES

Bernard – Chief Elf Assistant to Santa; also Chief Editor of the news; a unique elf type with a 120-year lifespan.

Merry Lou Jensen (Mrs. Claus) – Met Santa in 1931, married in 1932; often involved in village events.
